HOW TO GET TO MALAPASCUA ISLAND?:

*We will arrange a private transfer from Mactan-Cebu International Airport or from your accomodation directly to Maya Port
*From Maya Port, we'll take you in a private boat to Malapascua Island.
By Land and Sea:
*Take a taxi or private car from Mactan-Cebu International Airport to Maya Port in Daanbantayan, Cebu. This journey takes approximately 3 to 4 hours, depending on traffic conditions.
*From Maya Port, board a public or private boat to Malapascua Island. The boat ride typically takes around 30 to 45 minutes, depending on sea conditions.
By Bus and Sea:
*Take a taxi or private car from Mactan-Cebu International Airport to the North Bus Terminal in Cebu City.
*Board a Ceres Bus bound for Maya Port in Daanbantayan. The bus journey takes approximately 4 to 5 hours.
*From Maya Port, take a public or private boat to Malapascua Island.
My journey to Malapascua Island was a magical experience, from swimming and snorkeling in its crystal-clear waters to diving deeper and marveling at the vibrant marine life, including the famous thresher sharks. Island hopping revealed stunning landscapes and diverse beauty, while the local fiesta celebrations and weekly discos immersed me in the island’s vibrant culture. Peaceful moments by the shore, watching the horizon, provided a serene escape, and evenings filled with beachside dining and live music created wonderful memories. The island’s market offered a culinary paradise with a variety of fresh seafood, meats, and vegetables, enjoyed by travelers from around the world. Overall, Malapascua Island was a perfect blend of natural beauty, adventure, and cultural richness, leaving me with unforgettable memories.
